Most of our pieces are gold-plated brass or 92.5 sterling silver, both generally well-tolerated. Product pages list the exact material used.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days through India Post Speed Post, DTDC or another reputed courier, and usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days. Remote areas can take up to 10 working days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

We accept the payment methods made available through PhonePe, including UPI and eligible cards.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video, and we will replace it free of charge. See our Return & Replacement Policy.

We do not offer refunds on delivered orders. Refunds are issued only for failed or duplicate payments, orders we are unable to fulfil, or when an approved replacement is unavailable. See our Refund Policy.

Store pieces in the pouch provided, away from moisture and perfume, and avoid contact with water where possible.
